OH MY GOD I forgot to tell you that I cooked the other night. Seriously. I made parmesan chicken and angel hair pasta with garlic bread.

It wasn't bad, especially considering the fact that it was the first time I had made it. I realized after it was finished that I forgot to actually use any parmesan cheese in the preparations so David said it was "parmesan-esque." I thought that was sweet.

Anyway, it was pretty fun to make and I hope to try my hand at cooking again soon. There's a mexicany-type dish my sister-in-law was telling me about that sounds absolutely yummy.
