Sharon: "There is no place in our society for discrimination. That's why I support the right of gay couples to apply to adopt like any other couple." Can you imagine those words coming out of the leader of this country's mouth?
Me: No, it'd be more like, "There is no place in our society for gays. That's why I support the right of straight people to discriminate against gay people just like other good Christian people."

aww, now.... not all of us Christians are against gay marriage - I dont believe its the govt's right to legalize morality (whether it be mine or someone else's)
