In China, if you commit fraud by over-charging people to do business with you, you can be put to death. For duping hapless investors, you can be murdered by state-sanction. Do I even need to get started on the human rights violations occurring in China? America has chosen to police the world by attempting to bring democracy to certain parts of it and in China, when they kill people for stealing, we punish them by improving our trade relations with them and continue importing iPods made by their children.
