I think I've grown as a person

Today I drank a full glass of vitamin D fortified breast milk from a cow. And yesterday I poured some over my bowl of vitamin D fortified cereal too. This could either be a sign of the impending apocalypse or possibly that I'm actually taking a doctor's advice.
