Milk, it does a body good

But it also makes me gag every time I have to drink it. But drink it I must in order to boost vitamin D in my system. Do you think it's cheating if I add strawberry or chocolate syrup to it to make it more palatable?

I don't think it's cheating. Do you have to drink it at all, though? There are other sources of vitamin D. Chocolate Silk, which I find to be highly fortified with yumminess, has 40% RDA in each serving. Other sources, liquid and otherwise, can be found at:

I dont think its cheating at all.... its not like the syrup is keeping you from absorbing the Vitamin D or anything...

you might also want to look at powders like Ovaltine or something to boost the Vitamin D even more
