Today has been the worst

I've wanted a cigarette worse today than I have this whole time. Is it really cheating if I only have one and no others? Thank god Sunday is Father's Day because at least then I'll get to have a piece of cake. Quitting the smokes and the sugar at the same time might not have been the best idea ever.
