Irritation

You know how when you really dig someone but you're just not quite sure if they feel the same way? How does one go about garnering that information without bugging the crap out of them? I don't know. How does one know if someone is being elusive for the sake of appearing to be elusive or if perhaps they're just "not that into you"? Somedays life is really irritating.
