What Fucking Whores

I will never respect anything that Oprah Winfrey does again. Earlier this month I heard about the school for girls she built in Africa and I gained a tiny smidgen of respect for her. But I just read about the interview she did on her show today and apparently she had the family of one of the kidnapped boys that was found earlier this week and she was uncouth enough to ask if the parents believed their son had been sexually abused. She justified her idiocy by saying the boy was not on the stage when she asked.

I am disgusted that a) she would ask something like that, and b) that the parents would answer something like that! Who knows what that boy has been through during the time he was missing. How is going on Oprah and subjecting him to more of this crap going to help him become less of a victim? How does this help him to heal? Guess what, stupid parents, NOBODY CARES IF YOUR SON WAS SEXUALLY ABUSED. Everyone is just happy and relieved that you have him back. We don't care what he has or has not been subjected to and one would hope you would be doing your god-damndest to protect him now. But you are not. You're failing. You're failing him. You're failing yourselves. You're failing all of us. Stop using your son as a way to have your stupid fifteen minutes of fame.

And shame on Oprah for using this horrible situation as a way to get higher ratings. As a victim of sexual abuse herself, she should know that this boy does NOT need to be paraded on tv for all the world to see. Stupid fucking everything.
