Health Update

I could have appendicitis, a hernia, or a bulging disk. I have to get a ct scan and then talk to a surgeon to explore options.

Jack still has a fever but if he can keep it lower than 100 he can go back to school. We'll see.

David doesn't feel good. I don't feel good. Jack doesn't feel good. Lola feels too good and keeps trying to entice us into playing with her by attacking our unsuspecting legs as we walk by.

I don't know exactly what it is about not feeling well but it seems like people piss you off more when you're sick and they also try to demand more from you than you're willing and able to give. So World, here's your notice: stop being such an asshole and lay off for a few days. I've only got so many nerves left.
